The place has not been renovated since construction, it doesn't even have heating! We were given a tiny heater that never took room above 17.5c. Beds are big but not comfy. No one cleaned the room during whole stay...(4 nights). On the good side: location, transport and area in general. If you can overlook the bad stuff go there. I found it pricey for the condition of the building. Friendly staff but hardly compensates for what it lacks.

For London, it’s very cheap, and convenient to the DLR and the Tube. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, but there was some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. A lick of pain would get it an extra star.

We paid extra for a room with a window which is a little disappointing and frustrating as the view was of a construction site. There is a bar, restaurant space downstairs that overlooks the river. A nice place to have a chat or sip on a drink from the bar. The hotel room was clean albeit slightly old fashioned. Had a chandelier in the room. Very dramatic. Mini toiletries were provided. There was a desk and multiple sets of drawers for storage. I would recommend the stay as it was convenient for shops and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk away from multiple malls (Canada place, Cabot place, jubilee) in Canary Wharf.

Rooms are a bit tired, room was also very hot, had a fan, but didnt make much of a differcne, so sleep was hard having to either be really hot with fan off, or cooler but fan noise.

Wouldnt let me check in with my 16 year old daughter without ID for her, we travel all over the country and never been asked for this, dont carry her passport around with us. 10pm at night i had to ask my neighbour to go in my house and send me a picture of her passport. If we was pre warned or asked in a email we would of been prepared, as there is nothing to state children need ID. Will never stay here again
