Hotel bed was comfortable but could hear noise from family that was staying room next door due to an old connecting door between the two rooms. We were in the North Tower, I think South Tower has been renovated.

The service here is brillaint. From the valet parking as you arrive to the bell hop service and the excellent staff at the bar, all were 5 star and a credit to the hotel. In general, the hotel was nice and clean. The one complaint we had was related to the elevators. Only 1 of 3 was working and we consistently had to wait for it.
