It could have been better.
The reason why I chose this hotel is, this hotel was rather expensive than the others in this area when I booked. That means, I expected better service and facilities as it looked new property. However, service they provided and the room condition was not better at all. Turn down service was never done, but it must be covid measure, ok, understand. Leftover coffee sachets from the previous guests were not removed when we checked in. Half used shampoo provided for us when house keeping. I had separated 3nights and 4 nights bookings. Receptionist called in the morning for to pay for next 4 nights even though we booked through hotels.com and my credit card info given to them when checked in. Shower booth was leaking so the floor was full of water. They forgot to re-register Wi-fi under my name for our room, so I had to call to the receptionist on 3rd. night of our staying. Housekeepers took bathrobes after housekeeping and I asked them again at the front desk, but the receptionist forgot it or ignore it. The bathrobes never returned to the room. The worst part of the staying was sound of azaan was too loud as the hotel is very near to a mosque. We kept being botherd 3 times before we actually wake up every morning. Breakfast for 2 people- set menu with ordering 2 soft drinks was around 200 lira, not that fancy. Stray cats were wandering and bagging for food everywhere in the restaurant. All of these reasons made us cancelled the rest of our 8 nights staying.
