No bedding available for sofa bed, no extra pillows for said bed. Only plus was staff was pleasant and willing to please. The last night of stay we found a cockroach in our room.

Clean and comfortable, friendly service
Not in the best neighborhood but was still quiet and felt safe. Jake at the front desk was very helpful and allowed us early check-in and late check-out for a small fee. The room was comfortable, it was nice to have the small kitchen. Breakfast was yummy.

GROSS!
Do not stay at this hotel! The inside and outside of the property are run down and gross. As soon as we walked into the room it looked like we stepped back to the 80s. Everything was dirty. As soon as the big ol cockroach came crawling out of the air vent, we called and asked for a refund. The staff were very nice and gave us a full refund. We would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

My stay was great I love the way the room was set up so me and my friends could stay together. The area was nice and peaceful and the property was so clean, I just hope they don’t forget to return my deposit, the room was left damage free.

They specifically said no smoking on the property and if you were to smoke to be atleast 25 feet from the premises so me and my spouse walked a to the pool area to smoke and the next morning I went to get my deposit back the attendant at the front desk refuse to give my deposit back because the housekeeper said the room smelt like cigarettes me or my wife doesn’t smoke cigarette or did not smoke in the room at all they just took our 100 due beachside the Latino house keeper told her it smelt like cigarettes please do not book here they are taking people deposits

The room was decent. The kitchen area was great, very accessible. Access to the bed for wheelchair use was good. The bathroom though appearing accessible did not allow room for a power chair. We had no heat for 2 nights. Our room was a consistent 62 degrees.

Very good stay!
The food was excellent, as well as the service. Every staff member was utterly lovely and tended to my family’s needs. We liked the spaciousness of the bathroom and the hotel room in general, but the bed was way too small to cram three people into it. Additionally, we had some problems with the automatic door, but other than that, it was amazing!
