Horrible guest service
No towels in the room for two days and when i repeatedly asked the reception for towels the reply was that the housekeeping left for the day and i couldn’t have any towels. You are better off staying at another property where they care about their guests.

This hotel is super close to Malmö Central Station which is incredibly convenient. The check in process was smooth and efficient, and they provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in. They also offer free coffee and other neat amenities to guests like ping pong, foosball, etc. The thing I loved most was the water pressure in the shower. It basically blew me back against the wall on maximum, and it was hot to boot. I loved it. I'm knocking one star off because the TV had no remote, VERY few working channels and was impossible to turn off (the button I managed to finally turn it on with wouldnt turn it off?). I ended up just unplugging it because trying to see around the edge of it to mess with the buttons really pissed me off after 30 seconds.

Poor service rg. disability room. Hotel fine.
We were not given the requested room with disabled facilities according to the attached description. We wrote a comment requesting confirmation of wheelchair access required. No answer! I then called the hotel reception who confirmed that the room was designed for a wheelchair. It wasn't!!! But it turned out OK, as the bathroom door was just wide enough. But shower was not possible for the disabled. The hotel itself has a good location near the main train station. Our family room was nice and spacious, a few light bulbs missing, but clean and we slept well. The breakfast is fine, although the staff could not keep up during rush hour. Would stay there again but don't expect more than average service.

Det var virkelig et compact værelse 😅 kunne ikke få lov at indstille min egen aircondition så ret varmt værelse. Men for en nat var det alt man skulle bruge. Kunne godt have ønsket mig en skraber til badeværelses gulvet der nemt blev oversvømmet. Lækker morgenmad !! Meget godt udvalg af laktose fri ting.
