Easy, Convenient Place to Stay
Stay was very easy & didn't have any major issues! Location is great & there is a restaurant on site. I was unable to get normal basic channels like NBC or CBS, which I thought was strange. Housekeeping also didn't stop at my room the first two days of my trip, had to request extra towels. Overall a great place though!

Request a new room or you'll get on that stinks
The first room, 123, they put us in smelled disgusting!!!! I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a newly renovated room. The young lady told me no, but the other lady working heard me complain and then offered me one in 314. No one should have to pay nearly $200 a night for a room that smells like a dirty motel. After them moving us the room was fine. We paid for breakfast when we booked but the waiter gave us an issue in the morning. There was a lady at the front reception desk that acknowledged we paid for the breakfast and fixed it. He didn't need to make it so difficult. Nevertheless, it was corrected.

Stay & was very friendly, room was spacious & clean. Very close to airport & 3 eateries were across the parking lot. The only downside was the moldy & mildew smell that was in the hallway, room and all floors. My allergies were terrible the entire 2 days I was there.

Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk in evening. Couldn't recommend where I could go for dinner or how to get to town. Not Doubletree level. First room given on busy hall corner with building floodlight at window. Manager was irritated because I asked to be moved as I prerequested quiet. 2nd room was quiet but was adjoining room with light on underneath door all night. Bed was very uncomfortable and sunken on right side. It was Labor Day so glad they were working but PM manager could be more service oriented. Other person nice but unable to assist as new to hotel and area.

Checked in to the room that was not cleaned- wet towels on the floor bathroom not cleaned. Second room smelled like smoke despite asking for non smoking. Overall it was an okay stay, bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating and the shuttle service to the airport was convenient.
