We chose to stay at Caesars because the price beat out a few of the other places we were looking at. The complaints the hotel is responsible for were minor: There was no hair dryer in the room and the phone did not have a cord - we called about the latter and were told someone would come by to replace the phone - they did not.
The room was very large and lovely. On check-in, they offered to upgrade our room with a pool view at an extra $35 per night. Turns out, the pools were closed so why look at an empty hole? The view was actually terrific, overlooking the Paris hotel's Eiffel Tower. We would have been upset if we wasted the money for the upgrade. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and fortunately, the fan on high was able to drown out two nights of noisy neighbors - and when I say noisy, I mean it.
The hotel has everything but it is also incredibly busy - loads of people walking in the halls and lobby at all hours, including ladies of the night, drunks, and people in everything from evening gowns to grubby sweatpants - so anything goes. We would not stay there again simply because it is too busy for our taste - the casinos were very crowded. And because it is too large. The Forum shops were fun but to get to our room from there or from even the lobby involved tons and tons of walking. Taxis are lined up at all hours which is a convenience and the strip is right there - also convenient. We enjoyed our stay mostly but won't return.
