I'm quite saticefied with most stuff, like the location, clean and neat room, breakfast, etc. The only thing made me really annoyed and upset was a service from one staff. I asked the staff(he was kind enough) for a kettle on the very first day and he said there was no available one at that time. so I waited 24 hours, then next day I asked another staff. but he didn't care about what I was asking and kept doing his work. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the answer from him and he finally responded my question after I asked him few more times. also he said 'You should've came early', instead of 'Sorry, I'll get you one later.' Well, waiting 24 hours and half an hour was enough! and he'd better have a better attitude.
