Excellent hotel near the centre
Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the train station and central Copenhagen. Rooms were big enough for 2 adults and a little one but we had a deluxe room. Room was a bit dated but clean and had everything we needed including a cot. Good breakfast and well stocked but can get busy. Breakfast staff always ensured we had a seat and cleaned plates away quickly. I would stay here again.

This property was great. It is extremely close to central station so convenient to get all over Copenhagen. The breakfast is a great deal, theres lots of options and all are good. The showers a little small but overalll the room is large. Would recommend staying here

Lovely but the area wasn’t great.
The hotel is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. The room felt a little basic (we had a suite and the photos were perhaps a bit generous) but nice enough. The location is convenient for the station but the area itself wasn’t great. The hotel is next to a strip club, round the corner from a sex shop and were sworn at by some of the local residents so perhaps not ideal for families!

Perfect hotel for trip in Copenhagen
It was super nice hotel for 2night in my trip. Location is super close to subway and bus, of course easy to go by walk in 10min to main street and central station. Breakfast was perfect and delicious, Room is clean and comfort. Especially, reception service from manage and employee were best I ever met before. They always replied with smile and kindness. Because of them, I will back to here again in soon when I have a chance to trip there again.

Hotel in great location, good condition and staff friendly. Unfortunately the rooms were tiny and something out of the 90’s with the exception of the bathroom which was excellent. Cleanliness was average. The worst thing was the walls are so thin and where the room is so small the bed is up against the wall and you can here the room next door going to the toilet, absolutely awful and poor nights sleep.

Overall a lovely stay , issue with the room was given a single room when asked for a double bed , arrived late at night so nothing could be done by night staff did give us a free drink but was fully booked the next day so was unable to change. Luckily we managed to move the beds together and was only 2 nights , breakfast was lovely offered gluten free and alternate milks amazing !!

More than adequate for a 2 night city break. Friendly staff, good breakfast offering, great location insofar as it is less than 5 mins from central station. However, it is also right next to a strip club, not that anything untoward happened to bring our attention to it. Slight musty/damp smell in the room and annoying square shaped pillows! Comfortable for a short stay when sightseeing is your main aim.

The location was very good - close to the central train station. Staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the availability of luggage storage post checkout. Our fourth floor king room with separate room with a couch was quiet so we slept well. The room though was super small and the separate room with the couch was equally small. It was like they linked two closets. The carpet was a dingy grey color, old, and it didn't look clean. Room furniture looked IKEA cheap. Breakfast was OK, but not great. For the price, this wasn't worth it. So glad it was a one night stay.

Arrived around midnight and received a warm welcome. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Kopenhagen Central Station. The hotel is decorated lovely for Christmas. Our room was very clean and warm. The window can be opened fully which was nice in the morning. The curtains do not block 100% of light. The bed and bedding was comfy. There is a sofa and small wardrobe (no doors). I’d love to see some functional hooks (there was one over the sofa but very hard to reach). The sofa and coffee table are a nice touch. With a kettle and tea and coffee (no English Breakfast tea, only herbal). The bathroom is very small (I could touch all the walls if standing in the center). The bathroom is functional and clean. Towels are nice quality. Rituals shower gel and liquid soap was provided. Breakfast was great. Soft boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, toast, rolls, pate, cheeses, hams, fruit, yogurt, rice pudding, honeys, juice, hot drinks. Everything and more than we wanted! The hotel is just over a 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. And maybe a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town. The area around the hotel feels safe (all of Kopenhagen felt safe from what we saw). There is a strip club next door, but we never saw anyone come or go from there even late at night. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Room did not match online pictures
Let's just say that, had I seen an actual picture of the room when booking, I would have selected another of the many hotels around that have rooms for the same price I stayed in this hotel for one night on a long train trip. I was looking forward to a cozy room and a good shower, but I was very disappointed by my room. The hotel looked great, as in the picture, but my room did not match the pictures. It was small, and the bathroom was nothing like the ones advertised, with a tiny shower and the toilets almost in the shower. I added a picture of the bathroom so that you get a better idea of what you might be paying for. I can understand that there may be different rooms, and I imagine that they are renovating rooms and have not done that one yet. But different rooms usually warrant different prices. The price, though, was as advertised. The staff however was very nice. I explained my problem and unfortunately they had no other room to move me to.
