Talked with staff 4 times before our arrival date, was told we would have a suite on the ground floor due to my husband's mobility issues. When we arrived we were given a double queen room instead. Went directly back to the desk asking why we didn't have a suite as promised. He informed us that one would not be available for our stay. Since it was late in the evening, we went back to the room but the tv did not, my husband sat in the desk chair to call for assistance and the chair tip over back wards causing my husband to fall and pull the desk with him. They fixed the tv but left the chair. The next morning we went to have coffee, the machine they had would only give us hot water no coffee. That was the final straw, went a got our luggage to leave. At the desk front they would not offer a refund because I used Expedia for the reservations even theyran my credit card for payment when we arrived. Worst hotel expereince ever! Oh but guess what once I contacted Expedia a first floor suite became available magicallly! Too little too late I say. We were out of there, should give them zero stars.
