Overnight prior to cruise vacation
The hotel itself is wonderful and the staff was excellent - so accommodating! They do spray some sort of scent in the rooms, which is a bit overpowering for some, but they helped us find a different room and used the ozone machine on it to negate some of the scent. The same girl that helped us at check in with this made sure to find us the next day to make sure we had a good stay. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff! The restaurant attached was also amazing. Beautiful views and delicious food.

Shower door doesn’t even open cause the bathroom is soooooo small

This hotel is an excellent choice! It’s exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Despite being in an older building, everything is in great condition—no unpleasant odors, mold, or issues with water pressure. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. Highly recommended!

Allowed us very quick early check in and held our luggage until our room was ready as our flight arrived very early in the morning. Mattress and pillows on the bed is not very comfortable but room is clean and I love the shampoo and conditioner they provide. Steps from the beach and they provide chairs and beach towels. The room was perfect for a one night stay before we board our cruise ship. We would stay again.

Got there around 9am to leave our bags as check in was at 4pm, the manager said our room should be ready by 10am if we wanted to wait. We decided to go to the beach and returned after 11. The room still wasn’t ready. This was very frustrating because we wouldn’t have went out of our way to return to the hotel. Two hours later. Our room wasn’t ready. At this point we asked for our bags and went somewhere else. They still charged us for a room we never even entered! Horrible service!
