공항에서 피카딜리라인으로 한번에 오는것도 좋도 호텔은 새로 리노베이션을 한건지 새로 오픈했는지 깨끗하고 아름답고 완벽하다. 방도 넓고 욕실엔 욕조도 있으며 주방도 완벽그자체!! 마트에서 장을 봐와서 요리할 수 있어서 좋았다. 로비에 커피머신과 정수기가 있어서 언제나 커피를 마실 수 있는점도 감동포인트! 호텔 바로 앞에 식료품점 waitrose가 있고 조금 더 옆에 sainsbury's가 있어서 마트구경도 재밌다.

Dejlig centralt beliggenhed, hyggeligt område, god stemning på hotellet. Morgenmaden var god, men ikke overdådig. Masser af skabsplads og skøn seng. Værelset virkede lyst, badeværelset fremstod som nyt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

My family and I had a lovely stay here recently! The check in process was smooth, staff were lovely, and kind. Family friendly. We stayed in a one bed apartment. It was perfect for our small group. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but would sofa bed really is? For a couple, this style apartment is perfect and for a family that doesn't mind being in each other's space, then it is perfect as well. There is also a water dispenser and free coffee machine in the lobby for guests which was much appreciated. The kitchen was handy to have. While we were there it seemed like mostly mature travelers or business types. The area is a bustling area of London and I would for sure stay again. Very short walk to Covent Garden and transport links. I have stayed in other areas of London before, but this one was just perfect for our needs of shopping and some sight seeing and felt safer then other areas.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well designed and laid-out hotel throughout. Clean, spacious and well equipped room. Very comfy bed and a TV that actually works. The WiFi is brilliant, too. Free hot drinks from the bean-to-cup machines was definitely an added perk. A very pleasant stay indeed! If we are catching a show in the area again, I would not hesitate to book my wife and I into here again. Thanks to the staff. Keep doing what you're doing.

We loved this hotel. It suited everything we were doing in London. Staff were great, room was gorgeous and communal areas were just right for us. Only downside was communication pre trip. I tried to book through app and website using loyalty voucher. Couldn't get the hotel website price I had seen online. Contacted hotel, advised to email but didnt get a response. Silver lining was I got an even better deal through a third party website.

Airport conditioning was minimal and did nit work properly in the room, however when reported to reception a mobile unit was brought up which was noisy but worked ok. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the room was nice and had all the amenities. Free coffee downstairs was a nice touch.

Et fint og godt sted at overnatte centralt i London, hvilket gjorde at man kunne går rundt til mange seværdigheder. Stedet var pænt og rent med venligt personale 😊
