We didn’t expect the above-and-beyond service we experienced by the staff, and more specifically, Lynn Hanna. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and Lynn took a personal interest, helped us find a solution, and even helped facilitate it. I can’t tell you how appreciative our whole family is for her saving our vacation.
