Everything 5 stars, booked Club Room came with free champagne and chocolates plus use of jacuzzi,sauna,steam room and ice pool included. Enjoyed eating breakfast in Cambord French restaurant on the 28 floor. Food and service was excellent you hardly see 8 utensils on the right side of your water glass. I ordered Western option came with seafood Benedict plus 9 other small items this was included 👻

We booked the hotel specifically for their amenities unfortunately we were not able to use it. Their pool is not allowing kids after 6pm. The next day, it was closed and reopened on the following day which is our check out day. My daughter was very disappointed as she was looking forward to go swimming. And plus*** if you use their amenities you have to pay apart from your payment of the hotel stay.

１人で泊まったのですが、ツインの部屋で、ミネラルウォーターもあり、快適でした。 しかし、残念だったのは、チェックアウトして荷物を預け、ホテルに戻った時でした。 ホテルに戻る時は、土砂降りの雨でした。 傘がびしょ濡れだったので、ホテルの入口に傘袋があるかな？と思ったら、無くて、ポーターの人に、「傘袋はありませんか？」と聞いたら、フロントに聞きに行ってくれたのですが、「切らしています！」との返事でした。 無いんだ！とガッカリして、 ポーターの人が荷物を取りに行っていて、戻って来ないので、フロントの前をウロウロしていたら、別のフロントの人に声をかけられたので、「傘袋は無いんですよね？」と再度言ったら、「ありますよ！」と言って、出してくれました。 さっきは無い！と言ったのに〜！ 同じフロントの人で、どうして対応が違うのでしょうか？ 土砂降りの雨なのに、ホテル入口に傘袋も置かず、東京ならあり得ない対応です。 気持ち良く滞在したのに、最後はガッカリでした。

小倉へは何度か出張で行っていますが、今回初めて利用しました。夏休みでもあったので、家族も一緒でしたが、たぶん小倉ではNo.1だと思いました。Quaityが高いですし、スタッフが洗練されています。朝食はたいへん満足でした。駅に近く、海の景色もよく見えました。家族はご満悦でした。是非また利用させて頂きます。
