At checkin, the lady was not very friendly. I reserved a room for 6 people and got a room for only 4. Then we were told they didn't have any other rooms available. We were put on the top floor of the hotel. There were no smoking signs everywhere, but the hall smelled badly of Marijuana. The room had a full kitchen, with no kitchenware. There was a sign that said call the front desk to let them know what we needed and it would be delivered to our room. I did that and the lady was rude and said we don't have anything for you to use. Our refrigerator was broken, the maintenance man came up with a key for the room next door and said we could use the fridge in that one. We said ok. Thankfully we had been camping in Missouri for the past week and a half so I had a few supplies packed in my truck. So I went out with my husband and son to get some, but while walking past through the lobby, I over heard the lady at the front desk tell the maintenance man to check the room next to us in the middle of the night to make sure we didn't take anything out of that room. So I promptly went up and we moved the cooler back to our room and I gave them back the key to that room. I didn't appreciate being treated like a thief. The elevator kept breaking down, which was kind of the worst for me, because I am disabled. I walk with a cane and have trouble maneuvering stairs, walking very far, standing, bending and lifting.
