My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more helpful to sort out these little things. Everything else was perfect. The food, the pools and the beach and the other staffs were all great.

hotelanlage hat ihre guten zeiten hinter sich. zimmer geräumig aber dunkel und dreckig. zahlreiche pools vorhanden, aber viele nicht sehr einladend. aber am schlimmsten und nicht zu verzeihen ist der service und vor allem das essen. absolut katastrophal. hotel klar nicht zu empfehlen.

Colpisce per la bellezza del promontorio nel quale è situato il resort, in particolare la mia camera, arredata in stile sardo, era in una zona verde vicino agli impianti sportivi e a pochi metri dall'ingresso del parco naturale. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis bei diese Unterkunft passt einfach nicht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für vier Personen gebucht und musste dennoch für die dritte Person extra bezahlen. Essen in den Restaurants sehr schlecht. Die ganze Anlage ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Vacanza iniziata non nel migliore dei modi perché la mia prenotazione non risultava, ho aspettato più di un’ora per avere la camera perché non era quella che avevo prenotato. Il nostro arrivo non era previsto e questo suppongo sia successo per mancanza di comunicazione tra expedia e la struttura. Una volta trovato la soluzione la vacanza è ripresa nel migliore dei modi grazie ai ragazzi dell’animazione. La camera confortevole e centrale, vicina a tutti i servizi senza bisogno di spostarsi troppo a piedi, quindi tutto sommato è andata meglio di come avevo previsto. Il mangiare nel ristorante La terrazza era davvero molto buono soprattutto i secondi di carne. Sono stati tre giorni molto piacevoli!
