Room 200 Wi-Fi buffers too much. Entry way to the room carpet is not attached, it catches the door and the door does not close completely. There's 2 electric outlets without plate covers that is a life safety violation. Also, the smoke detector is not attached in the front room.Another life safety violation. Light fixture in lounge area. is not attached appropriately, it appears ready to fall. Ceiling tile in bathroom leak or has leaked and the bathroom light bulbs are out. Pictures missing.

It will do
The bed was comfy, the staff was nice. Would be nicer if there weren't a damp smell about the whole building. It feels like a remodel of an older building. The bathroom door didn't work the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging, and the shower/tub didn't drain properly.
All these are fixable. Its understandable if they are still remodeling. If not, I hope they will address the issues. It has the potential to be a great place.
I'll probably stay there again, anyhow. The neighborhood is nice and my kid lives nearby. Price was great.

The bed was comfy, and it was very spacious. The person in charge let us stay longer in the swimming pool, and he was very attentive. The only complaint I have is that the shower drain was very slow at the time we showered.

The TV cable service didnโt work properly, front end attendant tried to get it to work properly, but it continued to failโฆ! I wasnโt happy that I couldnโt watch TV, at the hotel.

Ok, but improvements need to be made
I had no issues check on was easy. Person at the front desk was very nice.
My issues were, no working ice machine, there were zero items in the vending area. The room was fine until you got to the bathroom. They need to replace the ceiling tiles and fix the exhaust fan. Also the AC units need to be cleaned. I will stay here again because these items are not game changers but very disappointing.
Breakfast was pretty good not many options.

Crappy team and hotel
Asked for cleaning of room 3 times, recieved nothing but a bag of towls outside room. They unclogged the sink, left 5 used towls on floor.
Assistant manger refused to even help with check in.
Bathroom ceiling fan hanging out of ceiling, stains in overhead.
We brought a bunch of folks with us (30), all had same problem.
Next year we will find a hotel that makes the effort.

Got rid of the omelet option for breakfast, scaled back their breakfast selections, no pantry to get pop/ food options. No pop machines in the building. Ice on every other floor. staff not happy to be there. Place looks and feels ran down. Used to stay there every year...lookin at other options for next year.

Not happy customers
Floor of lobby & elevator had wet spots. Turned out to be sticky not just water. Walls had holes, some patched, dirt & trash in corners. Floor of room had toe nails on it.
Continental breakfast was only muffins & granola bar.
We were disappointed as we've stayed in many Comfort Inns.
Desk clerk didn't even greet us as we left.

After the property was brought by another owner the hotel service pretty much diminished. No more breakfast, cleaning service, etc. Frontdesk was not a big help.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We stood around for 10 minutes before someone walked up. There was no breakfast. The place smelled of smoke. We could hear a smoke alarm battery beeping all night.
