Great place to stay for a solo traveler. Owners were amazing and helpful. Walking distance from shoreline restaurants as well as museums. Safe area. While you shouldn't expect the sterile 24/7 convenience of a hotel, I enjoyed the feeling of staying at a friend's house the Inn provides.

Ok first of all the host was super cool…very professional as well as attentive to my cable box which she swapped out crazy fast….for sure I will be back oh and she allowed me to early check in which again was super cool and the place had a great charm, very cozy like I just got home feeling. The Inn on Third was an oasis in the middle of a busy city; away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the major activities, restaurants, and pubs. The rooms were clean, the continental breakfast had fruits, cereal,pastries and more. The complimentary glass of wine in the afternoon was a nice touch. Complimentary parking on the Inn's grounds was available. Overall, a comfortable stay.
