We didnโt end up staying - went to our room couldnโt turn the lights on finally got one light to turn on realized there was a huge blood stain all over the bedding- only to then realize they had bed bugs & went to tell the staff who went and seen the bugs himself to then ask if I wanted to switch to a different room. I said absolutely not I would like a refund. They tried to refuse- I had to file a dispute with my card to get my money back. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called earlier in the week to find out if they allow early check-in. I was told they do for $15.00 got to the hotel and the individual at the front counter said it would be $30.00 to check-in early. I wound up paying $20.00 as an early check-in fee. The sign outside the hotel is advertising a pool BUT the pool has no water in it. We had 3 people in the room but only 2 towels and the tub/shower was mighty sketchy! Overall I would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

The front desk was attentive & kind. The supplies were missing an icebucket and coffee filters for room supplied coffee maker. Upon asking they searched but out of stock. Nice room, good ppl.

El Super 8, the dumps.
My stay was terrible. First someone came into my room when I was out for work, when I returned the door was filled open, cracked open. Second they are scammers, they kept my deposit saying I needed to stay 6 or i days instead of the 5 I booked it for. El Super 8 try to rip off people that don't know the policies or that don't speak very good English. Fortunately I'm American-Mexican and caught these scammers lying through their teeth. DO NOT STAY HERE, the free breakfast was toast and a bowl of cereal. The milk was in a coffee container placed on top of a bucket of ice inside a broken fridge. The coffee machine was out of order and there was a sign saying you can make waffles but there was no waffle maker in sight. THE POOL was closed and has been closed for over a year with no intention of it ever opening up. I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND BBB.

Donโt waste your time.
Absolutely would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! The few good reviews just ignore them! The staff is super rude, the pool is closed and it does not list that on the website. The beds are not comfortable at all! The bathtubs look dirty. Light switches and plug ins in the room did not even work. You truly get what you pay for staying here. Thankful we was only passing thru and just needed somewhere to crash for one night. But I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just find somewhere else. Honestly if new owners would take it over maybe it would be better. But for the owners now it would be better if they just closed.

Unsatisfactory
I expressed to the receptionist that my room was not up to my standards let alone any one else's. They did not care. The room I stayed in had multiple disadvantages. There was no headboard. It was visibly missing. The outlet next to the sink and mirrors did not work so I could not do my hair in this room. I was getting ready for a funeral. As well as I could not shower because the water made a screeching sound when turned on.
