Stay in the park. Definitely choose a view room. The balcony is a fantastic place to relax at the end of the day or start the day enjoying the view. The breakfast options at the cafeteria are just the hotel breakfast you get at most places with an omelet bar. The Metate restaurant is a better choice for other meals.

This is our second time staying at the Far View Lodge, A unique experience inside Mesa Verde National Park. The staff is exceptional, from Reception to Restaurant staff. Views unlike virtually any other hotel anywhere.
