Several roaches visited ( or lived) our room during our stay. Floor was dirty all the time. Very rude front desk personnel. Discharged batteries in door lock. Shower walls had not been cleaned in months.

Disappointing…
Stayed here before about the same time. Don’t know what happened this year, maybe it’s the economy, maybe they were understaffed and overworked, but many of the service people, especially at the restaurant were not interested to accommodate. Some of the employees we’ve known from before were quite willing to help, but most of them, new faces, were acting like we bothered them when we asked for help. The food and the restaurant affiliated with the locale we would absolutely not recommend it. Very poor quality, extremely expensive, and absolutely crappy service.

I must say I never do reviews I’m not a fan of reviews…… however this needed to be know Don’t stay …..I paid 300 for one night, big dead bugs when I check … so they didn’t not clean well …. no water pressure hard to shower no service after 10 pm I needed a blanket and was told to turn down the AC they will not give service after 10 pm …. Also the phone in the room did not work …. This one is big I almost fell in the middle of the night floors was so wet from the humidity in the room I travel a lot and travel to different countries and never experienced a a floor so wet

Resort was really nice loved the pool and beach Staff were friendly and accommodating Room was nice but no microwave which is necessary due to every where you eat there is a lot of food to bring back with you also no laundry facilities on the resort you have to use the laundromat on 115 and it was very expensive but overall I loved it
