Our experience at Hotel Panorama was a mixed bag. We arrived in Maiori a day early on October 4th, after a long trip from pescara and while the parking attendant was the standout highlight of our stay, he alone is the reason we are giving this hotel a 3-star rating.
First and foremost, the level of service provided by the parking attendant was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us, making a confusing arrival much smoother. Without his help, my father, who is in his 60s, would have struggled to navigate the difficult route from the parking lot to the hotel, especially late at night. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment.
While our room was clean, it felt very dated, and we were left questioning how it could be classified as a 4-star establishment. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation—specifically, the shower, which I found uninviting and not even worth using due to its poor condition. Thankfully, we were only staying one night before heading to our next hotel, which was also rated 4 stars but was incomparable in terms of quality and service.
Additionally, the windows offered little noise reduction from the bustling streets outside, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
