The hotel is not bad. They tried to charge me for my wife to just sit with me at breakfast at 1st, when she was not eating due to our personal visit. Then at check tried charge me for my breakfast l, when I paid for breakfast on check in. Also bathroom needs a little attention

This was a spur of the moment stop for us & it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable & we ate in the restaurant which wasn’t too bad. To us it seemed to be in an area that you would need a car to be able to get to places but for an overnight stop it was fine.

We had a very nice stay. It was our last day in Madrid before we came home back to California. We had some drinks in the bar area. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was delicious. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel as well.

Checked in late and found later in the night that the AC wasn't working in our room. We called asked for help they reset the unit but it was already 2am. We found the reset didn't help. We specified that we would have 3 people in our room 2 adults and 1 toddler and didn't have enough towels in our room. I dont think i would book with them in the future.
