Very impressed we arrived after a 25 hour flight at the hotel at 10.30 three and a half hours before the normal check in but there was a room available and so we could rest and shower before heading out to explore. Breakfast was very good too.

This service was well above and beyond especially arriving after a long haul flight. Room was very spacious and clean, beds comfy and the breakfast just delicious. Tucked away on a side street in the West End, the hotel is quiet but easy to access. Not many restaurants or shopping in the area but it’s a short walk to the subway and not far from the central tourist and business area. It is also fairly close to the red light district though so be careful where you walk.
