O primeiro contato foi simplesmente, HORRÍVEL! Estávamos com 2 crianças de colo, acordados desde as 5 de manhã. Chegamos no hotel às 13:55h e o recepcionista simplesmente se recusou a iniciar nosso check-in pois ainda faltava 5 minutos para o início. Faltou empatia e sensibilidade com o cliente. Hotel maravilhoso para passear com sua família. Quartos amplos e aconchegantes. Único ponto ruim: funcionários pareciam não estar preparados para dar informações. Por algumas vezes pedimos informações de onde pegar o roupão de banho e nenhum deles soube explicar direito e muito menos nos levou até o local. Para uma família, com 2 crianças, ter que ficar rondando o hotel atrás das coisas, não é muito tranquilo. No resto, estava tudo muito bom.

Hotel abaixo da expectativa
Acomodações do quarto com boas condições, dentro da expectativa. Café da manhã muito fraco em relação ao que o hotel divulga em fotos. Horário de atendimento até as 11h, chegamos 10:30 e não tinha mais nem o básico para alimentação. Solicitado uma banana ao bebê (não tinham). No check out foi cobrado taxas extras que não foram pré comunicadas na hora da contratação. Quando compramos algo, mesmo que por intermédio de sites, acreditamos ser o que será pago. Surpresa tais cobranças sem aviso prévio.
