세월이 흐르면서 시설이 많이 낡았고 전등은 켜지지 않는것도 다수임. 그나마 하우스키핑 하시는 분이 열심히 쓸고 닦고해서 유지되는듯 합니다.

Hotel was fine and functional. Staff very friendly. No frills room that could use a little maintenance, but the basics were functional. Surrounding area was a little bad with homeless and open drug use pretty much in the parking lot. Not the hotels fault though.

A gem in the downtown area. Simple, clean, quiet, safe and well run in the rough part of town and parking is included (wow!). CLose to financial district, the Hall of Justice and the waterfront. It is the most economical alternative to $300+ hotels in the area if you are on a budget and do not want all the amenities of a 4* hotel.

Older hotel but has been well maintained. The room had been redone recently and was clean and had a nice refrigerator and microwave. No pool or any frills, but if you just need a clean room, free parking and a great shower with amazing water pressure this is for you. The neighborhood has some homeless but they did not bother us. The bus stop is aboit a block away and we like using public transportation. There is a cute bar, Question Mark Bar, a couple of blocks down and you can walk to it and they had good food and nice atmosphere. We were able to walk to Oracle park for an event there it was about 15-20 minute walk, and the hotel rates were very good. It was just my husband and myself.

Smelly rooms, you can smell mold. Bedsheets had blood stain, hairs from previous guests. You can hear hookers all night long.

Si pueden evitar quedarse aquí, evítenlo, la propiedad no tiene seguridad, hay todo el tiempo drogadictos rondando en estacionamiento y me tocó que hasta se subió uno al segundo piso, ya que la escalera de la parte trasera da directamente a un callejón donde siempre hay gente drogada, no es mentira, no dejan descansar por la noche por qué se ponen a gritar o a estar merodeando, me sentí muy inseguro en ese lugar, NO SÉ QUEDEN AHÍ! The tv or remote didn’t work, the pillows were small and we barely had sheets. Other than that, it was a good location and walking distance to a great night club. Also, we booked through Hotels.com and it didn’t mention that the free parking on premises was first come, first serve. We almost had to park 2 blocks down…but the receptionist was kind enough to allow us to park close to the building.
