Awesome hotel!
This was a lovely hotel all in all it was a great hotel. The only negative was lack of places to keep clothes so we needed to keep everything in our suitcases. Everything else was great! Highly recommend it. The area was perfect to walk around to restaurants and beautifully decorated squares for Christmas!

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the facilities were spotless . Although there was a small issue with noise that was because people walking in the hallways were not always considerate and the fact that the hallways are not carpeted tended to make voices echo. The location is absolutely unbeatable. I walked to everything. They also arranged a wine tour for me which was wonderful.

The personnel at the front desk were not very helpful, they did not give complete information, there is not a restaurant on the hotel, they did not give information regarding that, neither provided complete information regarding tours or other information for tourists.
