It was an awesome experience for our entire group (2 families inckuding 3 kids). We even got a complimentary upgrade which made our trip even more great. The food service in the restaurants (Palm Kitchen and Varq) was very good and the food was excellent & very flavourful.

Noisy rooms

Room next to elevator and service door one floor under the restaurant… constant noise also during the night. Although I especially asked not to be next to an elevator or a service door.
