Staycation at The Cove Lakeside Resort
This was our first stay at the Cove Lakeside Resort and we will be back. The resort is very pet friendly and there are plenty of walking trails. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful as are the other roaming staff members. Our first floor, pet friendly room with a walk out patio suite had a comfortable king bed, kitchen, dining/living area, one and half bathrooms was very spacious, but the furniture, carpet is dated and the electric fireplace is only for ambiance (no heat). The resort was surprisingly quiet at this time of year. The gym is adequate for simple workouts. The outdoor pool was not open for obvious winter weather, but the hot tub is a nice spot to relax in. I went to the on-site spa for a simple pedicure, the staff and the environment are also pleasant to relax in. Thank you.

It was on the lake with a nice beach and pool. Good walking along the lake nearby. No breakfast available at the resort because of the time of year and with a 10am checkout it made our morning a bit rushed. Check-in at 5pm is also a bit extreme. Otherwise a nice place
