Worst Experience Ever
The only positive thing about this stay was the front desk clerk, Dorian. Right after checking in for our three-night stay we discovered so many things we had concerns about which we reported right away. It was a king bed suite with a pullout sofa bed (twin size), but they advertised that the room slept 5. I still can't figure their math in that. So we asked for a rollaway, which they didn't want to give us at first to accomodate our party of 4. Many of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked so bad they were in shards and in many places it was missing grout to hold tiles in place. After taking a shower, we understood why. Water was running out of the shower and pooling on the broken tiles. It's a wonder it wasn't running down into the room below. The blackout room curtain would not close completely due to a missing hook (we reported this multiple times and they never did anything). Water had accumulated next to the window (my son's socks got soppy wet when he stepped next to the window). It appeared to be running out of the A/C closet located next to the window (this was the only thing maintenance tried to take care of while we were there--it stayed wet). Housekeeping never gave us fresh towels and they never came in the room during our stay. The pool was closed for maint. There were many burnt out lights in parking area. The room phone didn't work. No stopper in sink. Overall they have major maintenance issues throughout property they obviously aren't addressing.
