The biggest let down of this hotel were the staff. They appeared bored, indifferent to customers and did their best to not be helpful. Also as it is a health and fitness centre as well as a hotel the queues can be long and you have to contend with people coming and going in the reception when trying to check in etc.
Rooms are a bit randomly located, the check in is at the far end of the courtyard, then we had to traipse all the way back across the car park to get into the building our room was in, and then to the end of the corridor.
That aside, hotel is in a fantastic location, rooms are modern and comfortable enough, breakfast was good, and having use of the spa facilities is great (although no English signage to direct you into the changing rooms, out to the other side etc and the staff offered no assistance to navigate this rabbit warren!).
