I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites when I travel for business. They are always very clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The only bummer on this trip was the tv remote was broken. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Room needs maintenance, roach, bugs, and spiders, cob webs along the ceiling. Tile and floor looked and smelt dirty. Air vents need cleaned or changed dust was everywhere and was difficult to breathe.

Great Hotel

This Hotel is very clean!!!! They did not have an accessible room available but made every effort to accommodate us as best as they could!! The Maintenance Man is outstanding!!! We had a problem with our TV and he stayed late trying everything to fix it! The front desk employee was also amazing and tried to help with anything we needed!! This will be our Hotel to stay in whenever we are in Cleburne!!!

Very nice room. Clean & tidy. A/C worked great. All the essentials were there. There was not enough coffee in the room, but the front desk was kind to give us more. The Kuerig coffee maker was great once you figured out how to use is and turn it so you could pour in the water.

Sub-par at best

Our stay was sub-par at best. We picked this hotel for the indoor pool as we figured the kids would enjoy after being outside for a soccer tournament all day, but the pool was closed for a "broken light". The room next door was very loud till after 3am. The room was very overpriced for the stay.

My only complaint is that they did not serve breakfast earlier. The posted breakfast time for Saturday was 7:00am but since that particular Saturday was the Goatneck bike ride we had to leave the hotel by 7:00. Since I saw a lot of people with bikes staying at the hotel I would have thought that management could have move up breakfast to 6:30. It would have been nice.

Horrible general manager

Horrible experience with the manager after having many complaints about how the place was dirty, there was a wasp in our room, and a piece of metal sticking out of an outlet she started to yell in the lobby saying “i was looking for a discount” when i had picture proof

The staff was great. The breakfast was great. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was mostly clean, but the floor in the room and bathroom was just dirty. The carpet was stained and the tile under the raised lavatory had spill stains. The tile in front of the toilet and tub was clean. The office chair legs had dust accumulation and the ceiling fan as well. It just needed a good deep clean - dusting, mopping and carpet shampoo. For the price, which was a bit pricey, it should have been clean. I like the location and it is close to stores but in a quiet, safe area. We didnt have a chance to use the pool.
