The property is clean and very nice. The staff within the hotel and rooftop bar are nice and helpful. The receptionist can use a full training on how to talk to, deal with, and work with guests. She never smiles and always lies or just gives answers.
I was at this property the first time and thought maybe she was having a bad day. The next time was even worse. I would recommend a full customer service orientation for her as she is the first and last person your guests see.
