Breakfast is lacking, why charge for parking?!
The hotel is new and clean. We had a neighbor with a “service dog” that barked a lot. Went to get into bed the first night and there was no top sheet, one of the pillows stunk like the previous person’s stinky cologne, had to leave it on the couch the whole stay. The comforter on the king bed is too small, more like a queen or full size. The voucher system to get breakfast is ridiculous, have never seen that anywhere before. The breakfast never changes, same 3 cereals, bananas, yogurt, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, fake scrambled eggs and sausage. I always choose pay at the property when I book a hotel, they tried to charge my card $183 2 days before check in which my bank declined, so I had to call and have a fit so they wouldn’t give my room away that had been reserved for months. Also crazy that you have to put your room key card in a slot in the wall for all the lights and AC to work in the room. Oh, and charging you for parking like they are downtown when they have a huge parking lot is also insane. It was okay but I don’t understand why it has such great reviews.
