Sorpresa Negativa y desencanto
Muy deficiente el hotel. No tiene nada de Hotel Boutique. La infraestructura está en franco deterioro porque no le invierten en su mantenimiento y embellecimiento. La decoración es terrible y tiene muchos espacios descuidados y llenos de cosas viejas y dañadas. Hay mucho mugre en los espacios comunes y estos son ambientes muy desagradables. La dueña es muy cordial y atenta y las señoras de servicio, Erika y Angélica, son muy atentas y trabajadoras. El servicio de agua es intermitente y en el baño hay un escape permanente en la cisterna y el sifón de la ducha está tapado. Es el único hotel en San José de Suaita y su estado es realmente lamentable. Este tipo de hoteles deberían tener una supervisión de Fontur, Cotelco y el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo porque son una vergüenza. Se les debería hacer un control de calidad y exigirles que inviertan en la infraestructura para que ofrezcan condiciones dignas al turista. Para completar todas las noches frente al hotel, en el espacio público ponen equipos en establecimientos o en carros a todo volumen y los gritos de los borrachos se escuchan hasta altas horas de la noche, sin que la Policía regule ni controle este abuso, a pesar de tener su sede a 100 metros.
