I cannot emphasize enough how terrible our stay was at this hotel. There was only one person on-site during our stay, and I felt so bad for this kid. You could tell he was doing his best, but the hotel was in such a terrible state of disrepair that there was little he could do to help all the angry guests. During our stay, it was close to 100 degrees in the area, but the majority of the rooms had no air and no fans and no ability to open windows. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and everything in the rooms is in such disrepair that you felt cheated knowing how much you paid for such a terrible place to lay your head. Cracked tiles in the bathroom that sagged beneath your step, every piece of furniture was stained, tattered, and chipped, outlets held together by a hope and a prayer, carpets that were rippled and folded.
Honestly - this room should have been a fraction of the price that it was. We had to switch rooms 3 times before they were able to find a room for my elderly parents where the A/C was working. There weren't any rooms left, so my family with young children had to sweat it out. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, but were denied. Sleeping in that heat was unsafe and we still were forced to stay or else forfeit the hundreds of dollars we paid to stay there.
Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere - this was terrible. Worst part of our entire trip.
