Cold shower!! Do not recommend!!
The hotel looked brand new. It has a lot of amenities: indoor pool, game room, laundry, free continental breakfast and a snack shop. The ONLY reason I am rating poor is because i took my shower at 6am and there was hot water. My wife took hers at 9am to an ice shower. When we called front desk they stated to “take your shower later. The hotel was booked and everyone must be taking their showers now too”. This is NOT acceptable. If your hotel is 4 stories it should have adequate hot water heaters to support the ENTIRE hotel!

Hotel and room were both clean. It was quiet as well. Only complaint was when I went to take a shower, all of the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Had no way to clean up. A little disappointed.

Not happy!
Not real happy! The sole redemption was the gentleman at the Front Desk. He was very helpful. Some guests had a barbecue in the back and left the door open & caused the entire first floor to reek of charcoal starter. Telephone did not work, so had to go to the front desk. He fixed the phone and apologized for the odor. Took over an hour to clear in our room. Tub was extremely slick and could cause a fall. Property was extremely noisy — loud talking, hall noise,ty guest above us stomping around at 3 am, loud a/c sounded like a freeway. Some of this the property has no control over, but some it does.

Assigned dirty/used room
We checked in at 12:30 am and there was no one at the desk. There was a hand written number taped to the front desk but the number said “no voice mail has been set up.” I googled the hotel number and called and a young man showed up at the desk. We were given a used, dirty room (bed not made, towels on floor) so immediately went back to the desk. It was again deserted. After calling and waiting for 15-20 minutes… I used a phone on the wall to call the operator. A different young man showed up and was extremely rude and would not answer any questions about why someone was not manning the desk. He just assigned us another room. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we visited on our trip. The negative was the room cleaning help who took a personal item from a former visit. Called hotel the morning after I noticed it was gone. Manager very nice but I definitely know I left the item but the cleaning person took it. Unhappy as it was a gift from my late mother.
