Worth the stay just for the breakfast.
After a late arrival we found the check in to be very quick and efficient. A peaceful nights sleep was had, followed by a really nice buffet breakfast. I’m not sure if this was a standard breakfast for all Scandic hotels, but if it is I won’t be staying anywhere else in future. 10/10.

This hotel is located just several steps away from the airport, it was super convenient for me as I had an early flight next morning! I told the staff that I wouldn't have time to eat the breakfast that was included in the reservation, he ordered a take-out breakfast for me so I could eat in the airport. It was a true pack of breakfast bag sandwiches/cheese/yogurt, etc., amazing!!

The location can't be beat--a few minutes walk from the entrance to Sola Airport. Very convenient for an early morning departure. The hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast smorgesbord is very good. However the dinner menu is lacking in fish and poultry options. Almost all the entres were red meat. There was one cod entre, and one veggie burger, no poultry at all. For a place with tremendous access to excellent fish, you'd think they would have a few more fish dishes on the menu. Menu very limited for anyone who doesn't eat red meat.
