We picked this hotel because of the included breakfast. Upon check-in, we were told they had a water pipe burst in the breakfast room, so breakfast options were limited, but we could order from the front desk clerk.
The following morning, we decided to have breakfast so we put in our order.
The poor front desk clerk was doing his best to prepare, bring out, and jot down orders for everyone, while keeping a smile on his face.
It seems like it would've been easier to just set something up in the lobby, or just give guests a discount on their room, instead of putting it on the front desk clerk to try to manage it all.
I didn't catch the clerk's name, but it was the Scottish bloke who was working.
He was really doing a great job.
The rooms appeared to have been remodeled recently, and the beds were comfy.
The noise out on 101 and from the train in the evening were quite load.
