Beautiful hotel. Rooms and amenities are excellent. The only issue I had, was the curtains in the e rooms, which didn’t block the sun from coming in, when the sun rose up. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Shower was so good.

⭐ 1/5 – THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! STAY AWAY! This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, if it even deserves to be called a hotel! FALSE ADVERTISING: Almost everything advertised on the booking platform was misleading. The room and facilities were NOTHING like what was promised. DISGUSTING BREAKFAST: The breakfast was terrible and NOT a buffet as advertised. Staff even asked us to confirm whether we wanted breakfast so they wouldn’t bother preparing it otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: Nobody spoke proper English except one female receptionist who was occasionally there. Most staff lacked basic manners, professionalism, and hospitality skills. NO WATER DURING MY SHOWER! The water suddenly stopped while I was showering. Their response? “Sorry, we’ll fix it tomorrow!” I had to BUY BOTTLED WATER to finish my shower and subsequently became ill. Absolutely disgraceful! PAY FIRST, GET TRAPPED: They take full payment upfront, and once you discover the truth, getting a refund is practically impossible. It genuinely felt like being robbed! This place completely ruined our honeymoon. A nightmare from beginning to end! NEVER AGAIN! EVEN IF IT WERE FREE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY!
