VERY BAD , I couldn’t even check in due to lack of communication. The hotel has a self service check in where you scan a qr code that doesn’t even work and I rang the phone number multiple times but with no answer . Also texted them on the hotels.com app and they responded 3 days later with the check in link . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WOULDNT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND AS THEY SAID MY STAY WAS COMPLETE AND I DIDNT EVEN SLEEP THERE OR CHECK IN .
