This is a budget hotel. Clean but very dated. Plenty of hot water. Quiet but there are residents there who smoke in parking lot. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating! It is pet friendly

We waited 15 minutes at the front desk. After going out to the car to call the booking site to complain and ask for a refund, my wife went back in to complain to the staff member who had arrived back at the desk. Not friendly and have never heard back about a refund.
