Our stay was pleasant but it could have been better. The place was under renovations and they didn't provide enough toiletries/towels/washcloths for our number of guest.

We didn’t like anything about the property. The 1st room they assigned the tv didn’t work, the second room had no tvs at all, and the third room the sliding door didn’t open. Worst stay ever. Heavy police presence due to other upset customers because the pictures displayed are fake these rooms looking nothing like the pictures. Parking terrible.

Everything about his property is a lie..On Expedia the hotel is not the same my room didn't have a tv, microwave didn't work and no toaster the outlets were messed up. The balcony has a city ordinance on it. I will be reporting it for safety and for every one else. The worse service ever.

Canceled my reservation, after i was checked in, i had called letting them know we were on the road and would be late,4x and had paid for the room, $s, cancelled room anyway front desk very rude refused to help me, refused to let me talk to the manager, leaving me and my family stranded 900 miles from home, still trying to get my money back

Property cancelled on me the day of check in. I was 1 hr from the property and 4 hours away from home when they called and canceled the reservation. They claimed it was a leak in the building and had to shut down for the day. The property never offered anything for the inconvenience and was very unprofessional and unhelpful.

The rooms are false advertising and nothing like the pictures. No signs for the office. The bathroom had mold all down the wall behind the toilet and the toilet leaked. No towels/ washcloths provided and only half a roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. The room didn’t have a tv at all. The kids pool area wasn’t open and was disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about it was the air conditioning was cold and it was close to the beach.

Don’t stay run!!!!

This experience was one for the books. First of all it was hard to find considering the name isnt posted outside of hotel. Plus the parking lot for them is closed. My room didn’t have a television, not did it have toilet paper to wipe booties. No soap or shampoo, No face clothes, had 2 beds only one had a blanket on it. The kiddie pool looked like the whale took a dunk so it truly messes with the view of the ocean.

Took 30 mins to find building using directions on app and finally found a building and hotel support wouldn’t even answer call or even called back yet. Had crying babies and lot of food etc in car. Never got checked in and wanting refund asap. Thanks
