Great Location
Booked this hotel because it was close to Xujiahui metro station. It was easy to find and though there were some questions regarding check-in all was sorted. Room was simple and clean, was just there for a sleep then off the the metro early the next morning.

Good value for money. The hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. Service personnel were friendly and professional. Not much food in the hotel restaurant but good restaurants nearby, especially a fantastic noodle restaurant. Small shop right next to the hotel, mainly cakes, chips, cola and ice cream.

Good for short stay
The front desk is very helpful as I requested for help to call a local mobile number to inquire about my conference held at another hotel. Room is decent with window facing another building. Internet connection very fast and good. Slipper provided. I will recommend for those who need a short stay (1 or 2 days) at a reasonable price. Overall okay.

Convenient and clean hotel
Good location, 10 minutes from Xujiahui metro, and 15 minutes from Jiaotong University metro. Very clean, modern rooms with hard beds, but strong wifi. They also provided two complementary water bottles daily.

Price & services is adequate, just like the other same brand hotels. It locate at a quite area, and only need to spend less than 10 minutes walking to the Xujiahui Metro Station Exit no. 18 (near Line no.9). Despite from the hotel’s restaurant ( it provide $20 breakfast buffet), some chain fast-food shop & coffee shop, local food restaurant, Japanese food restaurant, bread shop & 7-11 are also situated in between the hotel & metro station, it is very convenience. The hotel room has a little darkness (less than 60 lux measured by mobile), the lighting tube could be upgraded in future when necessary. The air-conditioner has emitted a little noise.

Nice Hotel, Convenient Location, Good price
As a seasoned academic and business traveler I rank this small hotel highly. It’s clean, very reasonably priced, and a 8-10 minute walk from the Line 1/9/10/11 Metro station complex at Xujiahui. It’s just a 5 minute walk to Shanghai Jiao Tong University (the old campus). The staff is friendly and professional, and always willing to assist. I had to leave Shanghai for several days and they graciously stored my large suitcase for me. The hotel has a restaurant and the free breakfast selection features a wide variety of dishes. Lots of great local restaurants everywhere on the streets. My only caveat for non-Mandarin speakers is that this hotel is not geared toward foreigners. It’s a great little hotel, but if you don’t speak Mandarin, or are not comfortable being the lone foreigner in a place, and want all the perks in English, find one that caters to foreigners. (& of course pay the premium prices)
