Me entregaram um quarto sujo, acredito que tinha saído o hóspede e não limparam, camas bagunçado um horror. Trocaram o quarto, pedi com sacada porque o anterior tinha mas não tinha quarto limpo com sacada. O quarto que fiquei era extremamente apertado, não tem limpeza e organização do quarto durante o dia Não recomendo

Wi-Fi não funciona. Resenciei Funcionários mostrando quarto de hóspede para outras pessoas, quando esse não estava ( cadê a privacidade?). Não havia identificação de quem retirava a chave deixada na portaria. Ponto positivo, excelente cafeda manha com copeiras muito atenciosas. Não recomendo. Muito ruim.

O hotel em se tratando de instalações é bem simples, mas era o esperado pelo valor. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso e tem o necessário. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, não tenho nenhuma reclamação, muito pelo contrário, só elogios. O hotel está muito bem localizado.

Quarto limpo, banheiro falta um box molha todo o banheiro, torneira enferrujada, Wi-fi péssimo precisam melhorar muito, tive que usar a minha internet. Mas a localização é perfeita, faltou somente o estacionamento, que tivemos que pagar, pois o hotel não possui. Café da manhã ok!

DECEPCIONANTE! O chuveiro não esquentou, em um dia de chuvoso, mesmo reclamando e pedindo ajuda, nenhum funcionário foi pelo menos olhar o chuveiro. Funcionários desatenciosos! Outro problema é não ter estacionamento e o ar condicionado não esfriou. Café da manhã foi satisfatório, básico, mas bom. O quarto estava limpo sim!
