I think the locking system is a bit antique. I think that should be updated . Overall the place is a nice value for the price. They really need to get a hold on internet access! As an international traveler who depends on internet to function as I don’t have data in Brazil it was extremely inconvenient that the service was not strong and inconsistent. This wasn’t even something I factored in when booking my stay. The internet only worked semi- consistently in the lobby. I will say the staff was very friendly and patient despite the language barrier. I politely asked for my room to be moved and they obliged my request. I really appreciated their efforts to help me out. I would come back if they fixed the internet lol. The accommodations were just fine otherwise.

A pousada é ok. O custo benefício nem tanto. Por 40 reais a mais você fica na terra boa e tem muito mais conforto, serviço e funcionários simpáticos. Ponto positivo; O pessoal da recepção é 10, são muito simpáticos, me ajudaram em tudo e deixaram eu usar a piscina da outra pousada pois a piscina do hotel estava interditada. O colchão é bem confortável. Ponto negativo: as mulheres que trabalham no café da manhã são pessimas. Só faltavam me matar quando eu pedia uma tapioca. Faltava tudo na cozinha: tomate, queijo… Era muita má vontade. Falta um pouco de capricho no jardim da pousada e no geral.

Valeu o custo benefício, mas o quarto que ficamos tinha um cheirinho de esgoto, ficava muito úmido! Cama desconfortável, travesseiro desconfortável também. Não indico para quem quer descanso e calmaria, a pousada fica sempre lotada, piscina cheia, muita zoada! Mas no geral para dormir e passar no dia na praia vale a pena. Pessoal da recepção excelente!!

Elogios e sugestões para melhoria.
Pontos Positivos: Localização: próximo às praias urbanas, aos restaurantes e comércio local, deu pra fazer tudo à pé; funcionários muito solícitos e educados; quarto com bom tamanho e cama com colchão confortável (boa qualidade), excelente ar condicionado e wifi; hotel próximo a natureza e com paisagismo incrível, parecia estar integrado à natureza; de forma geral foi uma boa hospedagem. Oportunidades de melhorias: tive dificuldades para contatar a pousada por telefone, liguei inúmeras vezes para confirmar a reserva e pra saber indicação de transfer, mas sem sucesso; via whatsapp demoraram pra responder, qndo responderam já estava em viagem e já tinha fechado transfer; café da manhã bem ok pro valor da diária, poderia ser melhor. Nos dias de lotação da pousada, um pouco caótico, espaço do café subdimensionado pra pousada cheia; piscina com bom tamanho pro tamanho da pousada, porém não estava bem limpa, água turva os 4 dias q estivemos na pousada, só vimos limpa no dia do check-out; quarto escuro, falta uma iluminação melhor, também faltou uma escrivaninha com cadeira no quarto (tem espaço), também faltou mesa ou suporte para apoio de malas, o que tem é pequeno e insuficiente para receber uma família com 3 pessoas.

Não é como parece ser
A Pousada tem uma equipe dedicada, educada e prestativa. Porém o que é oferecido não condiz com o anunciado. A piscina na foto parece ter raias, mas nem de longe ela tem na realidade tamanho para isso. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas o espaço é insuficiente e então acontece por turnos agendados previamente. As varandas do andar térreo são totalmente devassadas, sem separação para o pátio interno onde fica a piscina. As do andar de cima também ficam devassadas. A escada que leva ao segundo andar é extremamente perigosa, mal pensada malfeita mesmo. Não há restaurante na Pousada, para almoçar e jantar se pede no restaurante em frente e se entrega lá. Os quartos não tem vista. As roupas de cama e tolhas são limpas, mas recebi tanto toalhas como colcha furadas. A limpeza do quarto é adequada, a equipe é prestativa, contudo o telefone de um dos quartos não estava funcionando e mesmo eu solicitando pelo menos três vezes, saí de lá sem vê-lo funcionar. A Pousada está bem localizada, perto da Praia da Concha e da rua Pedro Longo, onde há vários restaurantes e lojas.
