I stayed for 3 nights at Ecosfera. First of all, this hotel looked nice with a small beautiful garden, swimming pool and the atmosphere was great. However, there were too many bugs in the room even I saw there was a worm in the bed. On top of that, hotel service itself was terrible. I understand this hotel is not that fancy one so I did not expect the hotel service would be great. But it was actually far worse than we thought. Check-in time is 2 pm but the room was not ready by the time, we had to wait without any earlier notice. Plus, we had asked to have an extra blanket before checking in. After all, we ended up asking multiple times to get it. Besides, they offer just one key regardless of the number of guests. It was so much of a hassle. Also, whenever I get to the front desk they were chatting each other did not seem to take care of hotel guests or there was no one willing to help. On our last day, I had to grab a taxi to get to the other region so I asked the staff how to get there and the answer was “You can google it”. Well, I know how to google. After all, it was very upsetting and unpleasant experience with our stay at Ecosfera.
