The food was terrible and the rooms were not what they say on the website. I didn't like the experience at all. The air conditioning in the rooms didn't work and they didn't do anything to fix it. I spent those days there. It was terrible. I don't recommend it.

Vi fikk ingen informasjon om noe nรฅr vi kom annet enn hvor rommene var. Vi savnet en brosjyre om generell informasjon ang mat, hvor ting var, klokkeslett pรฅ ting osv.
Maten var sรฅ som sรฅ.
Hadde vรฆrt fint med flere parasoller ogsรฅ.
Ellers sรฅ var bassenget, stranda og barene fantastisk. Vi koset oss rundt der.

Staff was great as we expected! Natalie took great care of all our requests and questions. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and the grounds were a beautiful site anywhere you went. The buffet was good at best. The pools were gorgeous and amazing!!! We rented a cabana one day and just WOW! What an experience of the space, the snacks (food was too good), drinks, and the activities! Every activity was so fun and entertaining! However our room wasnโt the best. The AC wasnโt great, fridge did not work, we asked for ice a couple times and never came. Room service wait was at least 90 mins or more and not anything to brag about either. The room wasnโt the cleanest in terms of towels, countertop and pillow cases. I expected a little more luxury for the room. Bed was super firm and uncomfortable and pillows were completely worn out. For what we paid per night, it wasnโt the best. We went to Vespa and Hunter for dinner and both did not disappoint. The VibeTeam was so cool and made sure every guest had fun! We paid for a night pass at Royalton Splash and that was great for their All White Party. Buffet was so delicious there too! The foam party at Chic was cancelled after we paid for the cabana rental because of the foam party.

Very sad how much this hotel has declined.
My first stay at this hotel was for 2022-2023 new years and I was deliaghted, but in this second time the experience was totally different. The quality and preparation of the food in most restaurants wasnโt that good, except for the Sushi and Ceviches that was a top. And the worst was the air conditioner in the room, it didnโt cool enough, even we reported every day and they made efforts to solve the issue it only cool for a while and then it started to feel hot again in the room. The swim out pool of the room wasnโt cleaned daily and properly, since day 1 of our stay there was a pice of bread that someone threw for birds and it stood in the water in the same spot for the our whole 5 days stay. I didnโt use the swim out at all. Definitely not worth the price payed for upgraded Diamond swim out suite. In general this hotel has degraded its quality and service.

The check in process was horrible and the ended up charging me an additional $282 because I forgot to add my friend to the reservation which I could have simply changed in the hotels.com app. Then they ended up putting us in a king bed room which within the app I requested double beds. We then got the room changed to a double room and the mini bar was half drank not fully stocked, there were no towels or wash clothes and the room was dirty. The following day (Tuesday) which was our last day they changed our room again due to our complaints. The food was subpar at best. We ate at the swim up bar and some of our food came out with hair in it. The day of checkout they tried to charge me an additional โ$6โ as it was not charged on my initial check in. Overall the stay was horrible there and I would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Won't stay again.
Food was not good. I read reviews about the food and decided to try myself and was very disappointed. Liquor was not top quality.Some of the staff was friendly and some not so friendly. Resort was clean. But would not stay again...

At the beginning at the beginning Check it was very rocky. Very frustrating. Room was not ready at 3 oโclock. They placed me in a room to then realize it was a mistake so we had to get out that room to go to another room to and then change again to another room. It was my birthday vacation, so yes, I was very upset and very frustrated after that everything was good, but still couldnโt forget the experience I had doing the check-in.

Everything was great, however, food was not so great. BUT the steakhouse and the Indian restaurant were the best meals. If you are planning for an occasion, the staff are very helpful and polite!

Our checkin was far from a great experience. As we entered, there were guests loudly shouting with management. The conversation shouldโve been taken elsewhere. We had to ask twice for a welcome drink. Upon getting to our room, our mini bar was not stocked at all. Ice machines are not present anywhere. You have to go to the bar or ask the front desk. I never got ice that I requested for 3 times. The grounds were beautiful, the food was decent, drinks were good. I would be liked to have had tacos as an option. The amount of peddlers on the beach was quite annoying. Overall, our stay was great but needs a better check in process and ice machines for guests.

The staff was phenomenal!!
The bar tenders (Jose, Enmanuel, Ranfi, Pedro, Miguel, Geomary) are extremely knowledgeable at making drinks, humble, fun, and are truly the heartbeat of the resort.
The food at the buffet was delicious and the variety changed daily. Thanks to Pedro and Gabriel for always being so attentive and professional.
The Hunter and Tandori restaurants are a must. Food is awesome and the staff (Josefa) gave great advice on selections.
The pool bar was lots of fun and drinks kept flowing thanks to Torres and Sergio.
The gym staff were helpful and courteous.
Activity/tour coordinator Jon was a mountain of information and helped us with 5 activities that made the Punta Cana experience memorable.
Definitely recommend this resort.

The food was pretty bad even for a all inclusive, Indian resturant was decent and the civiche resturant was good but the rest of it was yuk. We also had an issue booking a excursion, the guy told us 1 price and when we went to check out it was 3x more, they refused to adjust or refund us. Also for the diamond club swim out they need to be more attentive with service, we had to flag down random people to get food and drinks brought to the swim out. Property is pretty outdated, needs a good power wash and fresh coat of paint. Our butler Marfel was nice no complaints about her at all. All in all we had a good time, crowd was outgoing and friendly, vibe was upbeat, music and some type of activity all day. Probably won't be back but still a good trip.

I would never suggest this resort to anyone ! The staff was not attentive to anyone ! The food was beyond bland. The Buffett was their only good option. The property had so many outdated and damaged things everywhere . The swim up bar was missing a whole panel where no one wanted to sit. My parents room lost all electricity and they went a whole day without a room . The only thing they compensated was a private dinner and that was after we escalated things twice. I was double charged by their excursion coordinator and they refuse to refund me now. Absolute terrible resort!
