Room was quite functional but if you’re looking for pristine living conditions, you will be disappointed The hostel was very close to the transportation lines and the sightseeing busses, the check in was quite easy and our luggage was transported from the check in place to our hostel. It was great. We weren’t sure what we would be getting when we booked a hostel, not a hotel. The location was near small shops and food vendors. Lots of pleasant surprises I would book there again

As advertised. Small clean rooms. Excellent location. Staff easily addressed any problems. Will definitely stay here again. No elevator or front desk at hotel but sister hotel deals with any problems or requests. Nice stay.

Great place, really comfortable

Paddington had issues and all trains canceled. I needed a place to stay as I wouldn't be too happy staying in Paddington. I have stayed here before, its got everything you need, clean and comfortable and great service.

Super-friendly!

A small studio, but we chose the lower price range and therefore didn't expect any luxury. The lack of space was more than outweighed by the extremely friendly Litsa and her staff. Everything was clean, and the area calm and convenient. A great stay!

Having to check in and out at Beverley House was inconvenient. A couple of tea or coffee bags and milk at the studio would have been appreciated after a long journey. Staff were helpful.

Very basic room, a tiny toilet/shower cubicle if you can call it that...the decor very old and needs a good refurbishment, along with the carpet on the stairs very old and shabby, i know people say you get what you pay for in london, but i have stayed at a lot better hotels in london for the same price.

No frills place to stay for a night or two.

Great location, a few minutes from Paddington Station. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but good, clean and safe place to spend the night when visiting London. There was a mix-up with our reservation and we spent our first night in the "penthouse" (up 82 steps with suitcases!). The second night they moved us to a much nicer room. Bathrooms are tiny, but clean. Staff was very friendly. Check your email for instructions to check in, it's at a location around the corner, not at the hotel. But only a 3 min walk.

Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that a small park/garden which is exactly in front of the place was closed for gardening so I couldn't have a break there but other than that, because of their down to earth attitude whenever I will be back I will be choosing them and If they are fully booked I'll still be paying a visit to Mrs Litsa, the lovely owner.

Family of 4, traveling with 2 young kids. We needed a place to stay and booked this place the day we needed it. Not the best choice and looked a bit run down. Pros: Decently priced Good location Trash emptied on daily basis. Cons: Bathroom water tank ran noisily 24/7 Weird bathroom tub setup for showers Part of bathroom ceiling was falling down

Not like the photos but would stay if needed.

Not like the photos! But was an ok stay! We had the quadruple room, was clean and welcoming. The only issue top bunk mattress needs reneweing you feel ALL the springs! Bunk beds really squeaky too. The bathroom is not in the room its a seperate room, mrs didnt feel safe due to other rooms around our rooms. Would stay here if needed too and for the price it wasnt horrific. But the photos aint what you get. Shower was terrific tho!
