This hotel is convenient, many restaurants and the zocalo at walking distance. One very rude person at the cafe during evenings. The rest of the staff was wonderful! If you plan to stay here bring ear plugs as the noise is ongoing all night, unsure if it was staff or guests in the lobby but it sounded like they were inside my room all night. Shower and room was very small and shower head in my room was broken not sure what the rest of the rooms look like but we were only there two nights so we managed. Overall I felt safe there. The only thing that really bothered us was the noise overnight

The hotel staff is excellent. They made us feel welcomed and even made my dads birthday extra special by remembering the dessert that he liked. The female employee surprised him with a sugar free dessert. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Impossible to sleep which to me is the most important condition of a hotel! Aside from noise off the street, you can hear everything happening in the hallway, every time a door opens, closes, which kept happening all throughout the night, people walking, cleaning crew loudly talking starting at 7:30am. It all sounds like it’s happening right inside your room. Aside from that it’s a pretty hotel, and lots of nice inclusions like breakfast and lunch and water, and is right in the center of the historic district. But the noise killed it for me unfortunately.
